All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.

Please allow 2-15 working days (depending on location and freight type) for delivery.

Any unopened domestic item can be returned for any reason within 30 days. Upon receipt of the item, we will credit your credit card for the price of the item minus the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

In the case of a defective product, please contact us at customerservice@snackpalette.com for information on obtaining a replacement product. You must notify us of any return in order to obtain an RA# so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
